At CrossFit Vengeance, our programming is geared toward constantly varying the workouts through intensity, weight, and duration.  The constant variation of workouts allows for continuous muscle confusion and improvement both metabolically and muscularly.  Intensity is the key toward continued physical preparedness and adaptation to skilled exercise movements.  The group dynamic at CrossFit Vengeance adds the intensity element, weather competing against your spouse, friend, or another athlete; you push yourself harder than ever before.   By programming the workouts to be constantly varying, it is possible not to do the same workout for years.  The lack of routine in programming allows you to learn and become proficient in a multitude of movements, improving strength, coordination, and metabolic conditioning.

For those athletes that enjoy specializing in specific sports like running, cycling, or triathlons, CrossFit can make you better in your selected discipline.

Our workouts are designed to make you bigger, faster, and stronger while emphasizing safety through proper technique, repetition, and observation.   The workouts are designed with all strength and skills levels in mind.  Beginners and elite athletes will benefit equally as they progress through the WOD’s at there individual pace.  At CrossFit Vengeance we accept all skill levels and encourage all those wanting to excel physically in life to attend a CrossFit class and experience a workout unlike any other.  The workouts are normally 5-20 minutes in duration and every class is lead by a Certified CrossFit Coach who will demonstrate the workout and monitor you during the WOD.  Essentially you receive a personal trainer at every session but at a fraction of the cost.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

So what is CrossFit and is it right for me?  CrossFit is perfect for anyone and everyone committed to getting into optimal physical  condition.  This does not mean you have to already be an excellent athlete, it means you must be willing to dedicate yourself to achieving the results and goals you seek.  No excuses just results.  At CrossFit Vengeance we have members from all fitness levels who share one objective, to transform the bodies into better physical conditioning through hard work.  Our members achieve amazing results in a short time while only working out 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes or less.  How is this possible? We do more in less time, the factor that changes the entire workout is intensity.  If you doubt the results can be achieved by working out less PLEASE come by for a class and talk to our members, they are all success stories in their own right.  So who is CrossFit Vengeance for?
