FEBRUARY 2013

2nd-  Nutrition Class 9-12pm. $35 fee with test at conclusion. After class a written test will be given and scores of 80 and better receive $15 refund.  Class is reserved for CFV members but others are invited to inquire about possible open seats. Must register before Feb 2nd.  We plan to address Paleo and Zone diets, supplement recommendations, how to read blood work, and we will provide TONS of resources.

Launch of The Myrtle Beach Barbell Club.  This is the first club of its kind in Myrtle Beach! Twice a month we will meet to work on Olympic Lifts.  Membership into the MBBC will be by invitation only and limited to 6-8 members.  Lifting shoes are required.  The classes will utilize lift platforms, lift boxes, and other tools to improve ALL your olympic lifts.  Be part of something special! Cost $25.00 month.
