At CrossFit Vengeance, you will receive detailed instruction on how to implement physical training and nutritional strategies into your life to bring you closer to your fitness goals. Our training plans can fit the needs of all abilities, time schedules and budget.
Foundations: This program is mandatory for all new athletes. During this phase, we assess, design and implement a training template based on your individual abilities and training goals. At CFV, we implement the “crawl, walk, run” sequence of training. This will allow the athlete to progress at the rate that is appropriate for them.
- $99 – 3, 1 hour, semi-private workouts
Group-Based Programming & Coaching: Our daily WOD’s (workout of the day) are designed to enhance a multitude of fitness skills and abilities. Each class involves a warm-up, skill development, metabolic conditioning and a cool-down.
- 8 classes per month: $99
- 12 classes per month: $115
- Unlimited classes per month: $129
Class Schedule: 5:30am, 8am, 5:30pm
Open Gym Membership: Train hard on your time, pace and program. This option allows athletes access to all training equipment during Open-Gym hours.

Open Gym Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-11am, 3:30pm-5:00pm. Saturday: 8am-11am

Exclusive Coaching: Follow a training plan that every detail is planned specifically for you. This will allow for goals that are very specific to be achieved at a greater rate.

Youth Fitness & Athletic Development: Strength & conditioning for sport (Football, Baseball, Wrestling). Enhance your abilities as an athlete on the field, court or mat. This program will focus on building the athlete’s foundation of movement and increasing overall strength needed for their sport.
- 4 sessions (in-season only): $50
- 12 sessions: $125
- 24 sessions: $225
